How can I quickly track if my sales are + or (-) for each menu item?

Trend Reporting
Menu Item Sales Trend - View 6 month sales trend by menu item. Click on View Detail to drill-down to
actual menu item sales for the past 6 months.
Overtime Trend - View 6 month trend of overtime pay. Click on view detail to drill-down to actual overtime hours and pay for the past 6 months.
Discount Trend - View 6 month trend of discounts. Click on view detail to drill-down to actual discount amounts for the past 6 months.
Product Mix
Menu Item Check Summary - Select specific menu items to view check-level detail.

Daily Revenue Report - Weekly view of major group sales, tenders, discounts/promotions and payables.

Missing Data
What happens if I receive the following message? There is no data available
for the specified search criteria. Simply choose another date selection, and the
report will repopulate. Exception: KeyMetrics Comparison reports will still run if
there is only data loaded for one location. If data is not loaded, the numbers
will come back with all zeroes.
KeyMetrics Report
How is my avg guest calculated? Avg guest equals sales minus discount divided by
total guest.
How is my avg check calculated? Avg check equals sales minus discount divided by
total check.
KeyMetrics Location Comparison Report
How is my variance calculated? The variance is calculated by comparing
location #2 to location #1.
